Grounded AI is an interface problem
A useful AI experience depends as much on evidence, boundaries, and interaction design as it does on the model.
Connecting a model is the easy part. The useful work begins when the interface can explain what the model knows, where the answer came from, and what the visitor can safely do next.
A grounded interface retrieves a compact set of verified facts before asking the model to reason. It keeps permissions and consequential actions on the server, then presents supporting capability cards that a visitor can inspect.
The result feels conversational without becoming vague. Intelligence becomes visible through evidence, restraint, and a clear path from question to useful action.
