From conversation to confirmed action
The transition from helpful dialogue to a real-world action should preserve context while asking for explicit confirmation.
A conversation can reveal the shape of a problem naturally: goals, constraints, priorities, and the questions a visitor has already explored. Requiring them to repeat all of that in a traditional form wastes useful context.
A better handoff prepares a concise summary, lets the visitor correct it, collects only the details needed for a response, and shows exactly what will be sent. Nothing leaves the browser until confirmation.
That final boundary turns an intelligent conversation into responsible automation. Context carries forward, but control remains with the visitor.
